1 Warranty

-Copper: The warranty covers manufacturing defects or structure failure. Discoloration over time is a natural process and is not covered by this warranty.

-Design Cast warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of pickup, delivery, or LTL shipment to the original customer. This limited warranty applies to both residential and commercial applications.

-Stress cracks, freeze-thaw damage, discoloration, and deterioration due to salt exposure, as well as other natural occurrences in concrete and GFRC products, are not covered under this warranty. Copper patina forms naturally on copper products and is not covered. Products that are not GFRC fire-rated and are used for fire applications are not covered.

-All components not manufactured by Design Cast are covered solely under their respective manufacturer warranties. Design Cast does not provide separate coverage for these third-party items but may assist with manufacturer claims.

-All warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period and must include proof of purchase and pictures. Design Cast reserves the right to inspect any product to determine the validity of the claim.
